The space comfortably seats up to 128 guests but can accommodate much more for an open house reception.
Please note that the rate is an extra $200 per half hour over your time!

The rental of the venue includes:
3600 square feet of open space with 14 foot ceilings and two walls of windows
the use of our stunning bride’s room and groom’s room
use of banquet tables
tables for sign in and gifts
a family seating area where your loved ones can relax in comfort
150 beautiful champagne colored chiavari chairs
three areas for photography backdrops or receiving lines
use of the prep kitchen for storage, food prep, refrigerator, large sink and water
use of our basic A/V equipment which includes Bluetooth speakers, dance floor lighting and a microphone
two separate back service entrances
setup of the tables and chairs to the layout of your choice before the rental time begins
